FedEx Delivery Status: Slight risk of delays with deliveries
FedEx are currently experiencing staff shortages during these unprecedented times. This has created a risk of delays with customers orders. These delays are beyond our control.
Although in most cases parcels are getting delivered within 2-4 days from point of shipping we're asking all customers to consider that their orders may take slightly longer to arrive until further notice.
We are reviewing this situation on a daily basis and will update this page as the status changes. Thank you for your understanding.
We ship all of our products directly from our own fulfilment centers within the US.
Our team will prepare and pack your order carefully to make sure that you receive it in perfect condition.

We offer $FREE FAST SHIPPING AS STANDARD on all orders.

Orders containing our Killer Kits: 2-4 Day FedEx Ground for $FREE
You’ll be able to track your order all the way to your door! Providing you with peace of mind, and helping you to prepare for your treatment.
- Due to Federal regulations our Kits can not be shipped by Air
- Where a PO Box is selected as a delivery address we will ship via Postal Priority
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is charged at a flat rate of $25 regardless of order size or value
- We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico or Canada
- Orders placed before 1pm CST (remains 1pm CDT when adjusted for daylight saving) will be shipped same day (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be shipped the following business day

Items being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, may take up to 2 weeks from the ship date to complete delivery.
When your order ships we will e-mail you with shipping details, including a tracking number.
Please make sure when you place your order that you specify a delivery address that is able to accept delivery. If our carrier is not able to deliver your parcel it will be returned to us and we will move to refund your order minus the outbound delivery charge.
